A friendly reminder that our November Opioid Overdose Reversal class is coming up on the 25th! This falls on the day before Thanksgiving, but yes, we will be there! Overdose doesn't wait for a convenient time so we don't either.

Naloxone is the only medication that can reverse an opioid overdose. It saves many lives every year. If you or a loved one are addicted to or regularly take prescription painkillers or heroin, this class is for you. It's free, takes about 1.5 hours, and we cover the cost of the medication afterwards. We will teach you how to recognize an OD, what to do and not do (don't inject them with milk!), as well as how to use naloxone to reverse the effects.

If you are unable to make this class time PLEASE contact us and we are more than happy to arrange for another time to get you trained. Please also spread the flyer below to anyone else you think might need naloxone. It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it!
