Summer Institute for Recovery Studies

We are proud to have sponsored, with the NACR, the inaugural Summer Institute of Recovery Studies at the prestigious Fuller Theological Seminary. Last week over 100 ministry leaders from the US, Canada, and Central America gathered to study the critical role the church plays in helping people find and maintain recovery.

Faith leaders are frequently among the first sought out for help with addictions, but many lack the training to address such a complicated condition. This institute, the first of its kind, is addressing this need by equipping ministry leaders with the psychological, theological, and practical knowledge to support recovery in their communities.

We know that the ripple effect started by this institute will positively impact many lives for years to come!
