IRS Approval Granted

The Chris Atwood Foundation is pleased to announce that the IRS has approved our application and we are now officially a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. This declaration letter comes at the perfect time for any year end giving that donors may wish to make. It also confirms that all donations made after May 9, 2013 are tax deductible retroactively. If you made a donation and did not receive a receipt, please contact us and we will gladly provide a copy.

TheCAF plans to hit the ground running in 2014 with several initiatives:

Compiling resource guides for getting started in recovery, for both individuals and their families
Starting student recovery programs on college campuses in our area
Hosting screenings of the stigma busting documentary film, The Anonymous People
